Hilton Garden Inn at PGA Village

My aunt came from out of town and we went here for my birthday, I brought bedbugs home. We didn’t notice them while we were there because we only slept there. Checked in late and left early, but left our bags there while we were out.When I Got home I found a bedbug crawling in my duffel bag, which had been sitting on The bed. When I told them after checking out They denied that they had bedbugs and it escalated to Corporate and they didn’t do anything about it. They literally didn’t care. And I see that Hilton likes to respond to bad reviews. Well, the room was not in my name. It was in my aunt’s name because she was the one who came from out of town. This absolutely happened, so don’t bother with your reply, stating you don’t know what I’m talking about because it literally got escalated to Corporate. It absolutely happened.

I travel for job for the last 14 years with hotel stays at 2 per week. This hotel is without a doubt one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Immaculate actually describes it best. The rooms are always pristine and smell so nice and fresh. The staff is so welcoming and helpful as well. Nancy is the sweetest and so thoughtful and goes above and beyond to make you feel very welcomed and cared for. A very hard trait to find in anyone these days so when you find someone like that and an immaculate hotel, sign me up. I will only stay here when in the area. If you are visiting the East Coast of Florida in the surrounding area, this is the place to stay. Additionally fine dining and many restaurants are only minutes down the street as well if not dining here. Fabulous hotel and close to everything.

I was part of a group planning a Conference and needed a location that members from central Florida and Southern Florida could meet. The Hilton Garden Inn at PGA Village was somewhat central to both groups and the bonus if being close to I-95 for travel. Maya, their event coordinator was excellent! We met with her a few times to plan exactly what we needed and she was efficient and very helpful. All the staff at this facility were smiling, pleasant and helpful. The accomodations were excellent. There is a restaurant in sure for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a bar for those who enjoy an evening cocktail or drink. Pool on site and nice outdoor seating, too. Our function had an evening where we needed a small room for training. They have a small boardroom which met our needs. The separate banquet room which can accommodate 80 was perfect. They offer different buffet menus for their events and we had the Italian buffet. Food was tasty, plentiful and their price point per plate was very good. Our group had 63 attendees. Everyone was satisfied with everything from the lovely reception area across from the hotel check-in where we had lots of room to set up our registration and where folks could gather pre conference for fellowship...to the evening cocktail hour where we were able to have a mini buffet available in their dining room next door to their bar. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all it was the perfect place for our group and we have already reserved a long weekend again for our group to gather there

Stayed friday sept 25th to sat. Theres was an issue with my booking. The front desk girl with colored hair and piercings decided to turn me away instead of helping me after driving all day and telling her I was serious honors member. She cancelled my room and sti chatged me a fee. It was about to be shift change so I decided to wait an hour and rebook and the next person that got up to the front desk helped me with no problems. The GM even put a card in my room hoping I enjoyed my stay. Its aucks to be turned away when you literally ONLY use hilton. I think some of the front desk people should be better trained at customer service.
