Gay saunas in Phnom Penh (checked October 2026)
Phnom Penh has two places that are actually gay saunas, plus one men-only massage shop. Older lists also name a string of Khmer steam-and-massage houses; we checked them and found nothing that makes them gay venues, so they aren't listed here.
Arthur & Paul
Arthur & Paul · #27 Street 71, BKK1. A men-only gay hotel whose spa is open to day visitors. Utopia's February 2026 check lists a pool, steam room, jacuzzi and private rooms, with entry at about $10 for foreigners and $5 for Cambodians. It's on a quiet residential street south of the centre, a short tuk-tuk ride from the bars. Google rates it 4.4.
Love Spa for Man
Love Spa for Man · 103 Street 105, corner of Street 350, BKK3. A smaller gay-only sauna with a mostly Cambodian crowd. Google lists it open from 12:00 to 22:00 daily, and Utopia mentions cabaret nights on Tuesday and Saturday. Bring cash and expect less English than in the riverside bars.
Massage
Paradise Massage · upstairs at 129 Preah Ang Yukanthor Street (Street 19), above POC Lounge. Men only, male therapists, open 13:00–02:00. It's a massage shop, not a sauna; agree the price and time first.
Not listed, and why
- Chompou Prek (Street 172), Boross Uddom (Street 574), Down Town Steam and HERO Spa: ordinary neighbourhood steam houses with no gay identity we could confirm.
- M One (Street 608): reportedly closed in 2025.
- Adam Men Spa, M Health Spa and Galaxy Khmer Sauna: closed.
- Prostitution is illegal in Cambodia. Don't assume anyone you meet is over 18; contact with minors is a serious crime here and at home.
- Leave valuables in your hotel safe and use the lockers.
