City Center Hotel Jerusalem

Usually Mand is ok But this time it was very bad The room was not cleaned I asked the reception to clean it and they said no I asked for water They said there was none (even though I saw there was) I asked for a towel and they said there was none They really acted dirty

We arrived at the room to discover that the third bed was actually a pull-out chair with a wider mattress on it. When I sat down on the bed, the mattress flew to the floor. When I lifted the mattress and chair, I discovered a pile of dirt underneath. At the front desk, I was told that no one had complained about the chair with the mattress, and when I mentioned the dirt, he asked me if I cleaned under the chair at home. That was the attitude. The sink in the shower was clogged. The toilet buttons were filthy. When I booked the room, no one bothered to mention that the hotel was on a street that was completely dug up due to roadworks and that the noise from outside was unbearable.

Best hotel in Central Jerusalem. Can't speak highly enough. The service is great, the staff is super nice, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Even when you checkout they'll hold your luggage until you depart the same day. The location is OUTSTANDING... even with the construction on King George Street, it still have perfect access to all the public transportation. I stay there every trip!

A lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable rooms, really reasonable price. It's a shame there's a strong smell of smoking in the rooms and that the whole area is under renovation, other than that it's really good

Accommodations are very basic and a bit outdated. But the location is safe and convenient, and the room was clean. Great budget option.

When you get a room on the 1st floor right above King George Street in the midst of light rail excavations, it's hard to say that staying here is ideal. Maybe for those who sleep well and soundly, who are not disturbed by anything, because from 6 am every possible noise pervades the area. Other than that, the room is comfortable, spacious but outdated and there is a tiny kitchenette. The location is perfect, despite the closed, noisy, excavated street.
