Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel

Pullman Hai Phong Grand is an Accor hotel on Trần Phú Street, at the river end of the old French quarter, looking over the Cấm River and the Hoàng Diệu port. Accor announced it in March 2025 with 364 rooms, suites and apartments, a ballroom of more than 1,200 m², an outdoor lap pool and a rooftop bar called Up & Above. The Opera House and the Hai Phong Museum are a short walk away, which makes it the most central of the international hotels. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue, and Haiphong has no gay bars to walk to; most visitors meet locals on apps.
