Hotel Astra

Very hospitable staff — they helped with everything, organized everything and were extremely kind and friendly. There is a cozy cafe on the ground floor with excellent San Sebastian cheesecake (my love!). The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. I especially liked the attention to detail and the feeling of welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a very nice, almost Milanese charm — a combination of elegance and relaxation that makes you want to come back again.

The only good thing is location. Reception in the evening nobody responds your calls or to be there for information. Breakfast, for 4 star hotel is very poor, eggs cold, etc. Shower cabin was missing the curtain so "whole" bathroom was wet. Also the sink in Shower was "stuck" so water was flooding the bathroom. Honestly, I've been to 3 star hotel that "service and accommodation" was better than here.

Right next to Baščaršija. Excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, and approach. Don't bother looking for anything better.

This is the nicest hotel in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Your room is cleaned while you are having breakfast. There are many options and fresh food at breakfast. You will feel at home. The hotel's location is within walking distance of everything and there are parking lots nearby. I was able to stay in a traditional Bosnian room. The daily cleaning was very thorough and I had a very comfortable stay. My room was probably the cheapest, but the quality of the room was high and, given its location, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sarajevo.

The location is very good, the breakfast was quite varied. There's paid parking nearby. There's a cafe downstairs.

The hotel is okay, but not 4-star. Breakfast is okay, the price is reasonable. The interior is a bit stuffy, although the shower and toilet are fine. The only funny thing is the slipper imprint on the ceiling and a mosquito herbarium. 😃. Overall, I recommend it.
