General Hotel

The hotel was amazing. Service and hospitality were decent. But do check your emails on day of arrival for instructions how to access the hotel and get your room key. Definitely recommended the layout and style is like a five star luxury suite!

Stylish hotel. Breakfast €30. We were accused of theft upon check-out (😥), everything was searched, nothing was found. Very unpleasant feeling, then they offered us a refund and cancelled the booking. Very sad story.

I was surprised that for $80 this really was even better than the photos. Easy check in and out. Beautiful rooms. All of the luxuries. A gem. This is a must stay place in Prague near the river.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The staff is rude and the breakfast is an absolute disgrace, and that's an understatement. A complete disappointment, definitely not recommended!

The hotel is really bad. Everything there is bad. It's not even on Booking.com anymore.

I really can't recommend it. I booked a week before my planned stay, and 3 days before it I was informed that the stay could not be carried out due to overcrowding. I was not offered any alternative solution and the only option was to cancel the stay through booking and wait for a refund. Of course, the prices of other hotels have increased sharply, which I also informed the receptionist during the phone call. She calmly told me that there were many other hotels in the same location, with the same services and the same price. Of course, there was not a single one, so the receptionist deliberately lied to me and when I asked her about the specific hotel she was talking about, she was unable to give me a single name. After the call ended, she at least sent me another hotel, which was 1500 CZK more expensive than the original stay, had a completely different location and a one-star rating lower. I understand that a technical error can creep in, but deliberate lying is really too much and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Really good hotell. Very nice and helpfull personel. Good place to stay.
