Throughout the evening, you will experience three exceptional, thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic drinks handpicked by Nullijook. Sietse from Nullijook will introduce the story, craftsmanship, and flavor profile behind each pour. Then, as you sit back and savor your drink, composer and pianist Arashk Azizi will translate those subtle notes, botanicals, and feelings into a live 7-to-10-minute piano poem—partially pre-composed around the character of the drink, and partially improvised to match the energy of the room.
