FAHRENHEIT SEVEN VAL THORENS

We stayed at fahrenheit for 4 days. The hotel has a weird smell about it, like a sewage problem being hidden by intense candles. The room was nice and big but the plug sockets didn't work either side of the bed which was annoying. Our room (which we payed extra for) was also directly on top of the apres bar which meant we couldn't chill and relax after a full day skiing. This only lasted till 7pm. Breakfast was nice, although twice in a row we were Ill and the only thing we both had in common was the ham from the buffet in the morning, didn't need to make a scene in the hotel but it has probably put me off returning and certainly put me off the breakfast! The spa could have been cleaner and smelt like urine and the Jacuzzi looked like it hadn't been cleaned for the entire season and had constant scum on it. An ok visit, but for the price it's a shame we fell ill and we won't be staying here again. Directly on the slopes and super easy to get back to.

Amazing especially the restaurant. Went there a few time and don’t regret anything. I recommend the tartar or the burger both lovely.

5 stars because I can't give more. Excellent service and one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I recommend the Fahrenheit.

Great food, great service, great view

The location of F7 is honestly hard to beat – so easy to get on and off the slopes – and the ski shop was excellent, which just made everything really seamless. The staff were great the whole time, super friendly and always helpful. Food-wise, it was consistently good. Breakfast was great every morning and the restaurants were really solid. We spent a lot of time on the sunny deck which we loved. The vibe is what really makes this place. It’s fun and social without being chaotic. The guest DJs and après scene were great, but it never went too late which we really appreciated. One afternoon we came back from skiing and there was a live band in the lobby bar – our whole group ended up dancing in ski gear. Such a fun moment and exactly the kind of energy the place has. If you’re after super luxe rooms and a really quiet, traditional hotel feel, you’re probably better off at another five star hotel. That said, even though we love a bit of luxury, we’d still choose F7 again. The atmosphere, the people and the location just make it such a fun place to stay.

Great location, we initially had a bad experience with a couple of rude staff. However, Inès (the manager) went out of her way to resolve things for us, Kian was also great. Overall we had a good time.

Great location, wonderful but simple breakfast buffet, relaxing hammam, and an excellent place to apres after a day of skiing. The service was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The ski in/ski out with the locker room made it so simple to hit the slopes with no worry. Highly recommend

A very good stay with excellent staff. Special mention to Paul the valet who was fantastic.

The restaurant experience was substandard.
