Le Val Thorens, Val Thorens, a Beaumier hotel

Disappointing hotel for a 4-star. The common areas are cold and impractical. The layout of the hotel is poorly designed. Some rooms have shared balconies, offering little privacy. The double bed is made of two single mattresses pushed together, which is uncomfortable. Room service is very expensive with a €10 surcharge per order. The dining area resembles a Flunch cafeteria, the quality of the breakfast needs improvement, and the hot dishes served in the buffet are cold. However, the location on Place Caron is excellent.

I came to their terrace throughout my winter season, and from beginning to end, the team and service were always top-notch. Always smiling, welcoming, and doing their utmost to make the experience enjoyable. (Special mention to the pizzas and mixed platters, which are truly delicious and generous.) I highly recommend their terrace if you want to enjoy one of the most beautiful views after a great day of skiing!

Superb team, very attentive!

The staff was welcoming and attentive! They provided excellent service, valet parking, and porter service. The location is ideal with breathtaking mountain views. There's ski-in/ski-out access right in front of the lifts. It was great, thank you!

We loved the hotel. The quirky retro design, the location right next to the slopes, great restaurants and bars on sight, ski shop also attached for convenience. The spa area is very relaxing too and great after a days skiing. We loved our stay here.

We just came for a drink between runs, but ended up staying for over 2 hours. The cocktails were great and the service was top-notch!

After our day of skiing, we decided to take a break on the terrace. The service was a little slow, especially for my friend's dish, which took quite a while to arrive, while my pizza was served quickly. Despite the wait, the experience was still positive: the pizza was excellent and more than lived up to expectations. A big thank you to Mathys, the pizza maker, for his warm welcome and his invaluable advice on good places to eat in Val Thorens—it was truly helpful during our stay!

Beautiful hotel ideally located in the resort. Responsive and very attentive staff. The food was also very good. We will be back.
