A perfect base for exploring Trieste! Plenty of space, daily cleaning, breakfast at the adjoining hotel around the corner, absolutely quiet yet centrally located. Just a few minutes' walk to the pier. What more could you want? Thank you for the wonderful and friendly service! We had a truly beautiful stay.

One of the most beautiful buildings in Trieste. Suite was spacious with very cool balcony. Everything was set up for us including sofa bed. Good wifi. Washer in unit and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle and microwave. Located on a pedestrian road. Must go to nearby Hotel Continentale to check in, which was easy to do. Staff from that hotel came to show us how to enter and gave us additional information. We could also keep our luggage at the other hotel after checkout. Great place to stay in Trieste (which is a very nice underrated city for a short visit).

Large apartment and spacious kitchen and bathroom

Everything was perfect. The check-in, the location, the breakfast served at the Hotel Continentale, just a few meters away. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of everyone, and particularly Martín during breakfast.

A lovely apartment right in the pedestrian zone of the city center. The staff at reception, the breakfast servers, the maintenance workers, and the cleaning staff were all very nice, helpful, and friendly. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and the other rooms were also very tastefully furnished. We'll definitely be back! 😊

For breakfast, you walk a few steps around the corner to the Hotel Continental, where the reception is also located. Breakfast is served and very good. The apartment was also perfectly located and very well equipped.

There are several apartments in the building. We stayed in a 50m² one. The only drawback is that the windows on the outside are worn out. The wind was causing the windows to shatter terribly. The service was great.. Pets 20e/night

Based on the very good reviews, we booked a suite for two people. It was on the 5th floor and actually quite nice. However, we noticed that damages were only repaired provisionally. For example, the cabinet doors in the kitchen unit were sticking, the bathroom drain wasn't working, and the tiles at the shower entrance were covered in mold (see photos). The parking situation at check-in was a nightmare: a busy street and three parking spaces that were constantly occupied. We drove around in circles three times before we were instructed to park with one side of the car on the sidewalk. This meant the sidewalk was only passable in one direction at a time. You can imagine how the masses of tourists reacted to that. After check-in, which went fairly smoothly, we wanted to use the hotel's underground parking garage: it was completely full, and we got stuck in traffic again. We then found a different garage, which wasn't far from the hotel and was also €3 per day cheaper than the one recommended by the hotel. On the first day, we had a pleasant breakfast with very friendly service. On the second day, I can't say much about the stressed service, as it was practically nonexistent. There were so many guests that we had to wait for a table. When we finally got a table in the lobby with several other guests, the waiter didn't show his face for a full 20 minutes, even though there were at least three staff members working in the restaurant. Guests had to get up and go to the restaurant area to place an order. That's simply unacceptable. So, we can't understand the generally positive reviews here, as our stay was unfortunately not pleasant.

Perfect location in the center. Exemplary service. The assistance provided by DANILO with all questions and matters concerning the apartment was particularly noteworthy. We'll be back!!
