Good bar, drinks are the usual west end price, good atmosphere when it’s busy.

Used to be semi regular customers here, especially my disabled brother. Quiz night is fun, great retro music and clean facilities BUT some of the staff need some disability training - they were quite mean to my brother who has autism, during a harmless music stim and refused to acknowledge his disability. Being queer myself, I have always trusted our queer spaces to be more inclusive and safe, and it seems someone’s pet pooch is more proudly accepted than a disabled human being. You’ve just lost a batch of customers.

I visited the bar last Saturday with a friend. This has been my regular bar in Soho for the last 15 years, so unfortunately I was really disappointed by this experience. We ordered two single gin and tonics, which came to £17.80 for the two drinks. I asked the girl at the bar if I could have a little more tonic, as the glasses were only about half full. I was told that she couldn’t give me any more unless I wanted to buy another can of tonic. I’m sorry, but I think we’re going a little crazy with prices. I understand that prices are high everywhere on Old Compton Street, but when you’re paying nearly £18 for two single gin and tonics, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the glass to be properly filled and certainly to be given a little extra tonic when you ask for it. I’ve always been happy to tip the staff here, despite the high prices, but after this experience they can forget the tip. What disappointed me most is that I’ve been a regular customer for 15 years. Customer service should be better, especially towards loyal customers. It’s a real shame, because I’ve always considered the Duke of Wellington one of my regular Soho bars.

We went to Sheila Simmonds' bingo hall yesterday and it was amazing! It's the second time we've been there and we highly recommend it. The pub is huge, with two floors and the bathroom on the third. The people were super friendly and the staff even friendlier. They gave us all sweets and the water was free! The security guard was also nice; he asked everyone for their IDs, which was great.
