Absolutely DO NOT GO! The service was a nightmare, hidden charges and fees upon check in, checkout they charged for a “stained towel” that wasn’t stained when I left the room, so another charge cause the clearly unqualified cleaning staff said it wouldn’t come out. There was mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall, the floor had coffee stains. Absolutely horrid conditions, this place should be condemned. Don’t complain, they find ways to charge you in retribution.

BEWARE!!!...Hotel runs a bait and switch scam on travel booking sites. Booked room on Expedia which I have been using for years and never had a problem. The price booked, the price paid. I booked a room here and it was supposed to be $220 total. After taking a $59.94 reservation deposit for the room I arrived to check in and was told the price was $585 to check in and if I refused to pay I would lose my $59.94 reservation deposit. I did refuse and lost my deposit. I got scammed and chose to lose 60 bucks rather than give them even more. I informed Expedia about this scam operator and how unfortunately it diminished their integrity and that I no longer have trust in their platform. I also requested a refund from the hotel but haven't heard a response. Don't really expect to. If they finally do respond I will post the results.

This place has been known to take peoples deposits. We were there for two days and the woman at the front desk refused to give our deposit back then as we were waiting for a cab refused to let us wait for our cab there and meet us carry our luggage to the road, which is a busy street with our puppy. She said there was a smell of smoke in the room which we absolutely did not smoke in the room The door is right there so we could smoke outside The neighbours unit got flooded so the plumber ran a snake through his sink, which came out of our sink, smashing bottles and stuff off the sink a mess which we cleaned up destroying hundreds of dollars worth of beauty products the lady at the front desk is absolutely horrible. Do not go there stay away far away save your money or go down the road to the next spot.

Worst place I've ever been if you ever book from them and make sure you have your lawyer with you, because they will take your money and cancel your reservation without a refund. Good luck

Very poor experience. The room smelled strongly of smoke despite being booked as non-smoking, and it was not clean, including the bathroom. I raised the issue immediately, but staff did not offer another room and refused a refund. I had to check out right away. Would not recommend.

this place is a dump. plus they have a hidden deposit of $500 that is not mentioned until you arrive.there after booking your non-refundable room. They also rip you off if you book and prepay for a weeks stay, but fail to arrive on the first day, a penalty of $100, even if the room has been paid for in full in advance, they don't care. There are also a number of strict rules that they enforce like no visitors of any kind, no smoking, only use their specific toilet paper, the list is quote long and all of it results on a $500.

Do not the place need to be clean recommend it a gain

Checking in we had to wait 30 mins to get our room as nobody was at the desk. Walking into the room it smelled musty and very humid, with wallpaper peeling of the walls. The toilet would continuously run every flush and had to mess with the flapper to get it to stop and still sounded like it was running all night. The shower took about 20 mins to get warm. The door we used mostly didnt work properly had to scan your card and be a magician to open it as to much pressure closed the lock before you could open it. Where plugs that didnt work in the room, the tv had a line through it. Snow removal was poor just one line down the center of the parking lot. My partner is pregnant and asked for massages to help with pains and spilled a drop that was no bigger than the size of a dime and would wash out no problems and they charged me 52.50 for blood stains, the stain clearly was not blood.

For my need and money I paid its worth it

To start, I was denied the rate I had been quoted through Expedia upon arrival. I was told the rate was no longer valid and that I would need to pay a higher price if I wanted to stay. After a long day of travel, I felt pressured into accepting the increased rate, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. The situation became even worse after checkout. Two days later, I noticed additional charges on my credit card for alleged damage to towels and sheets, as well as for smoking in the room—none of which occurred. These claims are completely unfounded. After looking into other reviews, it appears this may not be an isolated incident but rather a recurring issue reported by multiple guests. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and was refunded in full, which only reinforces my belief that these charges were not legitimate. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to proceed with caution. The low advertised room rates may seem appealing, but in my experience, they appear to be offset by questionable and potentially fraudulent charges after your stay. Be vigilant, document everything, and think twice before booking.

Office area was sooooo strong with incense could barely breathe. Room was clean but run down. Bare minimum dishes for suite. Charged an extra 33.50/night for not having credit card. Booked for 3 nights. Stayed for one.Wouldn't go back.
