Terrible. Rooms are over priced. Complained about the smell. Musty.. has an air conditioner which shuts itself off .. room was a sauna. Took a bath one night and the night worker came pounding on our door saying that our shower curtain was out of the tub and now the people below us have water coming through.. next day they wouldn't release my dAmage deposit because it's my fault for the water damage.. this is clearly nothing new.. fix this run down place so people can use the bathroom without getting blamed for water damage... Read in the review afterwards this is common for them to find ways to keep your damage deposit. This place is a scam.. save your money and stay somewhere else

I booked my room through Expedia which was pre paid. During check in they told me that you have to pay $400 for damage deposit and $40 which is not refundable because I don’t wanna use my credit card. This is hilarious hotel in the world

This place is absolutely awful. So dirty and run down. The staff are very rude. They charged us $500 for smoking in the room, when we did not. They stop answering the phone, the manager will not call you back. If you try to contact their head office they just refer you to the local manager. Not one of these negative reviews are exaggerated. If you don't mind them billing your credit card for whatever they decide after you leave, then by all means, rent a room. There is no option to challenge the charges. We also didn't have hot water in the kitchen sink.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. The room looked nothing like the booking photos ,broken bed frame, dirty bedding, foul bathroom smell, and overall disgusting condition. Staff was rude and Unprofessional ,demanding extra charges just for paying the deposit with a debit card, then holding a $400 deposit over one night stay. To make things worse, after checkout they charge us $90($60 for the stain, like one can easily get it cleaned from one laundry wash& $30 as i paid through debit) over a tiny food spill from the kids and falsely called it a “poop stain.” Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. We stayed only because it was late and we had kids with us. Never coming back, and I strongly recommend families stay far away from this place.

The stay was not good at all. The morning receptionist was very rude. We were simply talking to another customer about our stay experience, and she started arguing with us saying we couldn't talk to other guests about the hotel experience, which made no sense and felt very unprofessional. Also, we forgot to bring a physical credit card, and they refused entry without it unless we paid cash. If paying cash, they asked for an extra $600 deposit and said they would only return $480 at checkout, which is unreasonable. On top of that, they deducted $100 from our security deposit just because the towels and blankets were dirty. A security deposit should only be for damages, not for normal laundry/ cleaning. Very disappointing experience overall.

Pre booked online for a great deal when we got to the place to check in they denied my MasterCard and visas because they are reloadable but both had over 10k on it, they wanted $500 deposit plus an additional $30 per night on top of what was paid to make the room the regular price. There was no sympathy just oh well.
