VA.Lley service was excellent and helpful. There was no issue getting extra glasses to the room. I was upgraded by the water station , which was kind of nice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Could have used a microwave in my room. I guess I could have requested one.
This hotel was an obvious choice for a conference I was attending at the Telus Convention Centre. However, the sound-proofing of the room was so terrible that I was woken multiple times each night by sirens, motorbikes and shouting on the street. And I was on the 21st floor. The price is extremely high also- would suggest looking at Air BnB as alternative option for anyone considering this hotel.
