Coast Calgary Downtown Hotel & Suites by APA

Overall a pleasant stay. We were in a suite and it was fine. A couple of improvements that could be made are more dishes for the kitchen and AC that works in the bedroom

Great place to stay! Clean room and facilties, great location and excellent customer service. Mark helped us with checking in and everything went smoothly, he is very friendly and always willing to help. He executed all arrangements flawlessly, special thanks also to Emma Xu for assisting us with our luggages. We had a great experience overall. Highly recommended 👍

Here’s a polished hotel review you could post: I arrived at the hotel drenched and exhausted after a long day, but Mark at reception immediately turned things around. He was warm, welcoming, and checked me in promptly, which I really appreciated. Emma Xu was also nearby during check-in and was very attentive, helping me with my belongings and making sure I was taken care of. Their kindness and assistance were especially welcome given the circumstances. As for the hotel itself, it does feel a little dated in some areas, but the room was comfortable and surprisingly well-equipped. It had a handy kitchenette, a Japanese-style toilet (an unexpected but pleasant surprise), and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out most to me was the excellent service. Mark and Emma’s warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression and helped make my stay a positive one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Shoutout to Mark at the front desk. He’s kind, calm, and incredibly helpful. You can tell he takes pride in how he treats people. Excellent service from someone who clearly cares.
