Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Calgary Downtown

The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom still had someone's long black hair in it. The bed sheets were clean but lots of stains. Cheap is cheap for a reason.

Incredibly rude night manager essentially ruined our stay by a somewhat unbelievably rude interaction. Will never stay here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I am a diamond member through Wyndham and they wouldn't recognize it. Couldn't get a fridge on check in for medicine, so got put on wait list, check on day 4/12 and find out didnt even get put on wait list. Luckily a friend checked in day before and got one.

Slow elevators, close to C train and decent restaurants. Totally annoying that literally every day I came back to room my card had demagnetized and I had to return to reception to get card fixed. Also no fridges in room was annoying for week long stay. Wouldn’t likely stay again.

Worst experience ever. Never recommend anyone. I gave my ID twice once doing check in and then in middle of my stay and still they put someone else name on the invoice. Very unprofessional staff- I put DND sign on my door and was sleeping and one if staff start banging on my door.

The rooms don’t come with a fridge but you can request one and it will be delivered to your room if available. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are pretty standard. The location is great, walking distance to so many things but pretty shady at night. Lots of homeless people.

The best part was the amazing friendly staff . I will stay here next time in Calgary.

Stayed here for approx 2 weeks. Tidy place, being cleaned on time, friendly staff and convenient location! I had good experience

Worst hotel ever visited they gave my room to someone else and I waited there for four hours. They didn’t give me a solution or another room and at the end they said in attitude that if you want to cancel, you can cancel I don’t care.
