Hotel room was great - spacious .. bathroom fan didn’t work but over great room. However… Stayed at this hotel for a volleyball weekend. Our team booked months in advance and were specifically told that made-to-order breakfast was included with our stay. We were instructed to arrive at the restaurant around 6:30 AM before our girls’ games. Saturday breakfast went smoothly with no issues at all. Unfortunately, Sunday was a completely different experience. Different servers were working and only seated 3 people out of our 11 team families before suddenly telling us that we were required to have pre-ordered our food and that no one else would be seated. When we tried to discuss the issue, the servers refused to provide any further explanation or solution. There was no manager available for either the restaurant or the hotel, and no attempt was made to help resolve the situation. As a result, 8 teenage volleyball players and their families were left scrambling at 6:30 in the morning to find food before their 7:30 AM arrival time for games. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service afterward. Staff ignored our team entirely and acted as though we were inconveniencing them simply by asking for the breakfast that had been included with our booking. Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for a service that was available one day and then taken away the next with no communication or accountability. Also add after the fact credit card charges of $5.25 to various team families for water bottles that were not even provided inside the room. One family had 5 - $5.25 extra credit card charges.

A good hotel with easy access to the airport.

I wanted to hate this hotel so badly because my husband accidentally booked this Hilton Garden Inn thinking it was the brand-new airport location… but honestly? It exceeded expectations in every possible way. ✨ The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, the breakfast was surprisingly great, the pool was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. One of those rare stays where everything just felt easy and well done. Definitely adding this one to our favourites whenever we’re in Calgary again. I should also say being close to ELYMI was definitely a bonus lol

We had amazing service for our entire three night stay. Our server at dinner Hemmat was super friendly and took care of us exceptionally.

Bedding was comfortable

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The food in the restaurant was also quite good.

Made a reservation 6 months ago for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds, paid extra to get that room, arrived at hotel at 2:00 am after a 10 hour flight to be told "sorry we have a couple of hockey teams here, we can get you 1 cot but thats it

Stayed here a year ago and it was good but the recent stay was poor. The first room was extremely hot with a broken thermostat then the replacement room had no hot water from the tap. Not worth the price

Very accommodating to needs as I was on a work stay working night shift!
