Best Western Plus Suites Downtown

Fantastic service and lovely rooms. Perfect for what I needed. The bed was unbelievable comfortable, it was great! Gonzalo at the front desk did my check in and check out and he was wonderful and extremely kind and nice. The breakfast had more variety than what I was expecting, it was great! It was a short but lovely stay.

Experience a very accomodating staff and facilities are very clean we will surely be back there...

Res. Was for 2 nights. Stayed for 1. Downtown is different at night. Noise, sirens, trashy scary people. Also room was in poor condition. Kitchen and coffee maker leaking and on their last days. Beds were very hard, uncomfortable. We oped out of staying and found another hotel miles away from the city. I would not recommend it.

Hotel is in great location. The room is super clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff are nice & warm. The food is great. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a very good hotel in the 3-star price point 🙏🙏 Rooms were clean and spacious and even contained a kitchenette, full sized soap, shampoo, lotion. The free breakfast is from 6-10am and was surprisingly large- They even have 2 waffle machines! Full amenities. Staff were helpful and were happy to hold onto our luggage before and after check in. Thank you!

Back again, nothing has changed. The location is still convenient, free underground parking is nice, staff is friendly. But the hotel is still not updated. Furniture is so very old in the suite. Most perplexing thing, still, there is nowhere to hang your coat at the front, space for it, but no rod installed, a very simple fix. Rather inconvenient

Superb and Awesome. Delightful, clean rooms, and amazing staff. All Front desk staffs are friendly. Been here multiple times and I recommend this hotel for all. Breakfast food also great.

Unfortunately during our stay the elevator broke and after about twenty minutes the second elevator broke. They were able to get one repaired. However the rooms were thus not cleaned. breakfast items were not labeled making it difficult to know what we were eating and just a suggestion there needs to be some options for vegetarians not only carbohydrates options. When I called to speak to someone regarding our concerns we were able to speak to Abhinav and George who apologized for the inconvenience and were able to provide some compensation. Good customer service!!

This hotel is older and a little outdated However what it lacks Modern design it makes up for In location and customer service. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the dining staff Nejat was friendly, helpful, and approachable. Nothing was ever empty and people were able to come in even right at 10am when it was closing which I appreciated. The front staff Gonzalo and Naufil exceptionally friendly and helpful such as assisting us with our friend parking, providing us with suggestions on the best places to eat, helping us understand the perks of the hotel, and addressing any questions or needs we had. These two were gems in our stay. It was also really nice to see familiar faces over the 3 days we stayed. The rooms are a bit drab and there was no dishwasher detergent in our suite but otherwise I loved the sitting chairs, the sofa bed was comfortable, and the rooms were really spacious and kept their temperature well. They were quiet and clean. I love the location of this hotel is everything is walkable and there were many great restaurants and coffee shops along the way. It felt like a very safe location where you could walk around with your kids at night.
