Terminus Hôtel

Without hesitation, this is the perfect place to stay while visiting Quebec City. The hotel is located on Highway 40 East. Whether you're coming from Montreal or heading to Charlevoix, it's a 15-20 minute drive. We rented a studio apartment with a kitchenette. The apartment was nicely furnished, very spacious, and comfortable. Buses to the city center are 250 meters away, and the ride takes 10 minutes. Paid parking is available by reservation. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The coded room access is a real plus. In short, don't hesitate to stay at the Terminus Hotel.

Very comfortable rooms, international vibe, little to no staff. Great location, walking distance from so much! but you get in and out of the locked doors with 4 digit pass-code and the frond desk is usually unstaffed. if you need anything, -or get locked out you have to text them for help. The room itself was super comfy and we spent way too much of our vacation sleeping. (Service got 2 stars because when there was someone at the desk they were super helpful. it's not bad service, it's just very little service)

The studio was very well-appointed and spotlessly clean, with a very large bed and excellent quality linens. The welcome was perfect. It's located in the heart of Quebec City, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Old Quebec City is easily accessible on foot. Alternatively, there's a city elevator that takes you up to the old town. Or, numerous buses stop right in front of the hotel and will get you there very quickly. Excellent location.

The rooms are modern, bright and clean. Large fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, dishes, pots etc, coffee maker, toaster. You just need to buy your own coffee (don't need filters), and seasonings etc. Washer and dryer for use on the floor with complimentary detergent.Lots of restaurants to choose from as well as shopping just two blocks away. Bus route very close. Grocery stores close. Would definitely stay here again. Reception was very kind and helpful.

Funky and perfect for finding yourself in the heart of Quebec City and seeing everything on foot. From St-Joseph Street to the Strom Spa, passing by the gourmet and festive St-Jean Street… And back at the hotel, peace and quiet and efficiency await. In short, it won't be our last time.

The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with easy check-in. Charest Boulevard is a bit noisy for those not used to that kind of noise. That said, if your room doesn't directly face the boulevard, you can't hear anything. I recommend this place; I've stayed there twice and I'll definitely go back.

Fantastic stay! Our apartment hotel was beautiful, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, spacious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

We stayed as a group for 5 nights at the Terminus Hotel and had a truly excellent stay. The rooms are spacious, very well laid out, and particularly comfortable. The presence of a kitchen is a real plus, especially for a stay of several days. Everything was practical and designed to make us feel at home. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with small shops and several restaurants nearby, while remaining within reasonable distance of Quebec City's Old Town. But what really made the difference was the kindness of the staff. The entire team was lovely, attentive, and took great care of us throughout our stay. We felt very warmly welcomed. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

The rooms are lovely, but I am not inclined to recommend this hotel to others—especially to families with young children. My husband and I did not feel the most safe in the hotel nor the location. When we parked the car and walked around the area, there were many individuals who were homeless sifting through trash cans, wandering in the parking garage, and sitting on or around the hotel. When we entered the hotel, we did not see any staff, which didn’t help our concerns regarding safety. Plus, we didn’t have anyone to ask any questions to about the area. We didn’t see any staff until the last day of our stay.
