We've stayed here multiple times in winter and summer. It is affordable and clean with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available underground and its just across the street to the main village walk. The pool and hot tub are great to have as well.

Great location; large underground parking (aprox CAD30/night). Thank you Theo and colleagues from the front desk: you’re doing a fantastic job! 4 floors; 2 elevators - never had to wait long. Functional room with Nespresso machine - great. Bathroom (small) with amenities. Comfortable bed and a window to open to let the fresh Whistler air in. Small gym - I wish they also had a window to open as well… the air was smelly - lack of ventilation. Sauna (I suggest to provide towels right here and advise guests to use them instead putting their sweat onto the wooden benches. “Sauna rules”. Get a Polar cold water plunge - or at least some hot and cold showers in the area to fully take the benefits from the sauna. The Outdoor whirlpool ( small bubbles!) was at the perfect temperature - so was the small heated outdoor pool.

The hotel offers clean rooms and very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the transparent pricing policy; for example, parking is clearly stated as an extra charge of approximately $26 per day plus tax.The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to Whistler Village. Additionally, the availability of laundry facilities and secure bike storage is a huge plus for travelers.Overall, a very functional and well-located place to stay.

I can only speak to the service of this hotel. I have been really impressed with my interactions with staff after a third party booking company royally messed up my booking, leaving me to foot the bill. The hotel staff were sympathetic and professional and management offered to remedy a solution for a problem they did not create. That kind of customer service won't go unnoticed.

Really enjoyed our stay at Aava Whistler Hotel. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff were genuinely nice and made you feel welcome from the moment you arrived. Service throughout the stay was great. The pool, sauna and hot tub are a big plus especially after a day on the mountain. Only thing worth knowing is it can get pretty crowded in that area so timing your visit helps. Solid hotel in Whistler, would definitely stay again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It is a great place, simple but has everything that you need. And also it is really close to the Village

We stayed at the hotel during our visit to whistler area, the rooms are spacious, clean, swimming pool, sauna located on site. Couple of steps from the town centre.
