Update! We have been back :) Excellent service by Angelica and Grant! Thank you! Also got a free room upgrade:) All very clean including room and hotub. Hot tub jets could be stronger and the hot tub timer needs a new knob, which is an easy fix. They still have the excellent shower body wash, shampoo and conditioner!! We will be back!! Our first time here and we like to come back :) Great staff!! Clean!! Nice room and bath. All very clean! Nice hot tub and smaller pool. Parking. They also have meeting rooms! Great location! Would be great if they have some breakfast offer, but the closest is only a 3 min. walk away.

Room’s ok. Location is ok too so close to the village. Service is so so. We requested for a late check out of 1 pm and paid extra 10.00 which was fine , but we’re locked out and can’t access our room at 1230. Furthermore when asked if we can use the pool facility even after check out time of 1pm front desk personnel advised that we cannot and need to be out by 1pm. Not sure why .. really. All other nice hotels (eg Westin etc) can accommodate such request but not Aava. When keys were returned at 1pm i gave such feedback and a different front desk personnel said we can for sure use the pool facilities. Unfortunately we’re ready to go home and didn’t plan to enjoy the pool as we’re told a different thing. So sad. Perhaps re train people so front desk personnel are in alignment as to the hotel policy? Truly a 3 star hotel😔
