Note if you’re going to be there during a busy weekend the earlier you arrive the more likely you’ll be able to self park. If their self park is full their only option available is valet. Otherwise the hotel is located in an extremely convenient place in the village. Rooms are clean and noise levels are reasonable.

This Hilton is okay, the food is nothing to write home about. The rooms were clean and quiet so that’s good. I wanted extra blankets so dialled Rooms Services at like 9pm and no one answered for a long time and I ended up using the Hilton app live chat and eventually got it — just kind of different speed than other Hiltons I’ve stayed at.

Thin walls

Rooms are clean. Beds are set to zonk mode. Had a great sleep. Bathrooms are a little 1998. They charge extra for internet and parking(per day).

We went to Cinnamon Bear at the Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa for a quick bite on May 21 around 2pm before rushing to the Squamish Adventure Center to have our Tourism Challenge fun. Our car pulled over the front entrance and Mark kindly came to assist us to get the parking ticket from the front desk. When he saw my mom getting out of the car to reach for her walker, Mark offered us complimentary valet parking service so that my mom could get back into the car conveniently at the door. My sister was going to show a gesture of gratitude for his service but missed him at the door before we left. We had to get going. Sorry Mark. We really appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much! See you again in Whistler. We enjoyed the Pemby Burger, chicken wings, Birria tacos and sweet potato fries at Cinnamon Bear. Great food and service. Love to come back again! Stayed at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa from 17–18 May and overall we had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Highly recommended for families and visitors to Whistler. We did experience a disturbance during the early morning, with baby crying and dog noises from a nearby room from around 5:00am until 8:30am, which affected our sleep. However, after reporting the incident through the app, the hotel responded very quickly and professionally. Special thanks to Elizabeth for the prompt follow-up and for offering us an extra late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Great customer service and recovery from the staff made a positive difference to our stay.

After you check in, they start a text message chat with you to follow up on your needs and to see if you have any questions. Customer service here is phenomenal. Special thanks to Gord from front desk for all the assistance.
