A special thank you to Ken and Ryan for the exceptional level of service and leadership they showed during our stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Both were incredibly responsive, professional, and thoughtful in the way they handled our experience. What stood out most was the personal ownership they took and the genuine effort they made to ensure we felt heard and well looked after. It is always impressive to see senior leadership so directly engaged with the guest experience, and the way Ken and Ryan handled everything reflected extremely well on both the property and the Fairmont brand. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail completely changed our impression of the stay and gave us every confidence in returning to the property again. We sincerely appreciated the way everything was handled. Ken and Ryan demonstrated the kind of leadership and hospitality that leaves a lasting impression, and we look forward to returning to the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

We had a fantastic stay at Fairmont Chateau Whistler! Even though the hotel was extremely busy over the long weekend, the level of service never skipped a beat. A special thank you to AJ at the Front Desk and Kartic from In Room Dining. Both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly stood out and made us feel valued throughout our visit. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in what they do. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend Fairmont Chateau Whistler to anyone visiting Whistler!

Great sundowners at The Mallard lounge, professional and friendly service. One small quirk was the live music, the one band guitarist was screaming the lyrics, it was terribly painful, and made our experience dreadful! One suggestion would be to screen the musicians beforehand, there's so much talent around!

We love this place

We had an incredible stay at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. From the moment we arrived, the resort had a true mountain lodge atmosphere that made it feel like a special getaway. The location is perfect, especially during Crankworx, with easy ride-in/ride-out access to the bike park. The bike valet was outstanding—being able to securely store our bikes each day made everything so convenient and hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was the Fairmont Gold experience. The hospitality from the team was exceptional, and access to the Gold Lounge with its delicious breakfast, afternoon canapés, evening hors d'oeuvres, and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. Travelling with our young family, we also appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. This was one of the most enjoyable resort stays we've had, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend Fairmont Chateau Whistler to anyone looking for a luxurious mountain getaway with outstanding service and facilities.
