It was my first time visiting, and I stopped by to purchase an accessory to show my support for the community. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The store also offers a wide variety of items to choose from. I would recommend checking it out

For a store that claims to be “famous for its drag and party supplies” they sure aren’t non-binary or trans friendly or happy. The most unwelcoming, unfriendly, rudest, and disgruntled employee. I’ve shopped here regularly and spent a lot of money here but one of the employees is so rude, I’ll never return. He is the most unhappy negative person I’ve encountered, maybe he just hates his job or the business but he should be retrained or let go.
Em and Z! The best duo for all your jewelry needs. Unreal hospitality, energy off the roof, and advice that was genuine. The energy of this block strives on local business and this is a MUST stop next time you’re in Wicker Park!

Huge thanks to Zack at Beatnix!!! My kid had an upcoming recital at school and wanted to look nicer in her new dress. We went to Beatnix and Zack was so helpful finding some wonderful items that would help my kid feel more assured and comfortable in her outfit. He was so gracious. My kid was beaming during the recital because she felt great. Thanks Zack!
