I stayed here for a work related trip. I absolutely despise hotels like this that give a faux sense of exclusivity and importance under the guide of functioning at or below average. Zero amenities, my room smelled like chemicals, mini fridge sits on the floor beside the dresser, tv channel selection was comically poor, I can palm the ceiling of the shower and I'm 5'7" so if you're tall, good luck, towels were absorbent but very scratchy, shower didn't drain, and a whole of other list of complaints. Two decent things were the pillows which are still standard pillows and not the odd square ones that mose hotels are going too, and fast elevators. I also, recognize the location is something for most people since it's downtown and proximity is key but just choose another place. There's like half a dozen hotels down here that are probably better for a better price with better amenities.
The staff was great. In particular, Mohammed and Erna in the M Club were so lovely and friendly. I feel like they remembered me and I was seeing a friend every time I came in. They did a great job at keeping the area clean and stocked with snacks. Thank you for the care and smiles!!
Took advantage of in room dining or brought drinks back to the room from the bar....nice amenity until hosekeeping doesnt remove the dishes OR the housekeeping team washes and dries the dishes on a towel in room. Just wow. I brought this up on two occasions on the same visit. Stay elsewhere, not worth the hype.
What an exceptional hotel. Just really loyal to it. Thanks for all y’all do.
