Indianapolis Marriott Downtown

Main reason for the review is to give a shout-out to Mohammed. Stayed here for Gencon and it seemed like he was constantly on shift in the M Club. He always had a smile on his fast and was quick to make sure there was plenty of food abailable. One day we got in there after they had already stopped serving the appetizers at 7:30 PM and he went into the back to make up a plate for both my friend and I, then followed it up later to check if we needed anything else. Top notch service and would recommend that the Marriott do what they can to hold onto him.

Marriott did everything they could to make sure our stay was enjoyable, even when things went wrong - for example, when the hot water to our room went out. Shout out to Suhaib for making our stay better!

Mohammad was amazingly welcoming and helpful during my time at the Marriott during gencon. He dealt with the crowds and chaos with a smile and grace. We were well taken care of.

Stayed here for Gen Con 2026. I loved it. Terrific location and pleasant staff. There were a few minor hiccups but they got straightened out right away. Top notch staff. Shout out to Maya and Suhaib in particular. They are not being paid enough for the value they bring.

This is the best hotel in downtown Indy. Shout out to Suhaib at the front desk for the warm welcome and assistance. He was amazing! Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. The space is beautiful and such a great location for access to ICC and Lucas.

The only parking available was valet parking, and they charge way too much for it.

We come here every year for a convention. The staff always makes us feel welcomed. They go out of their way to have fun with us and go the extra mile. I’m writing this because yet another employee, Mohammed, went above and beyond with his service and friendliness in the M Club and made us smile.

We stayed here for Gen Con, and Mohammed in the lounge was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip! He was genuinely the happiest, kindest, and most welcoming person. His wonderful energy made every visit to the lounge more fun, and he went out of his way to make our stay feel extra special. Hospitality like his is rare, and he is an incredible asset to the hotel. Thank you, Mohammed, for making our Gen Con experience even more memorable!

I had a great experience at this Marriott, thanks to Ziad at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He took the time to answer all my questions, made the check-in process smooth, and ensured everything I needed was taken care of. His excellent customer service and positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable. Marriott is fortunate to have someone like Ziad on their team. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Day 1 Mohammed has already made our stay more than pleasant! He and I traded trinkets and he gave me his dragon pin! Literally the sweetest guy we’ve met and was so helpful in the lounge!
