The hotel doesn't have hot water at all, and the bathrooms are not hygienic; the towels have been used for years and are even reused without being washed. I definitely do not recommend it.

A deplorable hotel. At 23,000 DA, I expected at least clean bathrooms that didn't smell of urine, a clean room, and a decent breakfast. The state of the common areas is disgusting. The staff, apart from the night receptionists, are unpleasant. The breakfast offered is limited to coffee and two kinds of pastries because we went at 9:00 AM and there was nothing left. No juice was offered, even though the children don't drink coffee; he told me I had to pay for it at the bar, which I refused to do. The "cleaning lady" knocked insistently on the door to "clean" even though it was only 9:30 AM and she was in a hurry. If I were sure the cleaning would be done, maybe... but honestly, the worst hotel experience of my life; even a Formula 1 hotel in France is cleaner. My advice: avoid this place at all costs!

Last-minute booking, stress and panic! However, Youssef was a fantastic host, professional, patient, and proactive in finding the best solution for a peaceful night's stay. Thank you for the warm welcome; I highly recommend him and will definitely return. Don't change a thing!

I do not recommend this hotel. It's not clean. The curtains are see-through, so you wake up to the sun in the morning. The TV doesn't work. No parking. Nothing is right.

My stay at the hotel was for an event, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The restrooms were filthy, with a broken showerhead. The common areas were also dirty and poorly maintained. Regarding the event, the organizer had confirmed a 2:00 PM start time. However, at 2:40 PM, my guests were still at reception waiting for the decorations to be finished. I had specifically requested the engagement table. I was assured it was included with the stage setup, but on the day, I was told it was the decorator's responsibility and that I would have to pay extra. Furthermore, the table that was set up didn't match what had been agreed upon at all. Even the chair arrangement wasn't respected, despite the fact that I had detailed everything in advance via WhatsApp, with supporting evidence. Finally, I was asked to pay the remaining balance in the middle of the event, which is completely unprofessional. I chose this hotel from the outset expecting professional service, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

The receptionist was unpleasant and unfriendly. The room was in very poor condition, poorly maintained, and the hygiene was truly appalling. For this price, there are much better options elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
