The staff are very kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean, safe, and ideally located in the center of Marrakech. Khalid is extremely helpful and can assist in organizing your trip if needed

This is the 5th hotel in Morocco, in different cities, at roughly the same price. This is simply the worst hotel. It deserves 1 star, and that's only for the location. The renovations were already a disaster, and the photos of the rooms don't match the reality. The pillows are just enormous stones, and there are no alternatives. A hairdryer, air conditioning, or a working shower are a dream. If you can avoid staying here, don't. I'd rather have any riad that's plain on the outside but beautiful on the inside than this hotel.

The room was not quiet at all, the breakfast was very unsatisfactory, and the photos do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Too much noise, very disappointing breakfast, and misleading photos.

Very disappointing experience, not as advertised Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos shown online at all. The property was not clean, and the overall maintenance level appeared to be nonexistent. Upon arrival, there was no welcoming staff and no assistance with luggage, which set a poor first impression. The room itself had a very strong unpleasant smell, and there was visible mold. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable and, more importantly, concerning for health, especially for guests with asthma or allergies. We had originally booked four nights, but we could not even stay for a few hours due to the conditions. Two members of our family have allergies, so staying was not an option. We requested a cancellation and refund for the remaining nights. Later that evening, the receptionist confirmed that our request was accepted, including a refund and return of the city tax. We received the same confirmation again at checkout. However, despite these assurances, no refund was processed. We feel misled and extremely frustrated by the lack of honesty and professionalism. This experience unfortunately affected our entire Marrakech trip in a very negative way.

The staff was friendly – ​​unfortunately, that was the only positive thing to say. Breakfast was a complete disaster: very disorganized, long waits, and the coffee was extremely weak. On top of that, the coffee pot was constantly empty. We didn't eat breakfast there again during our stay, even though our expectations weren't particularly high to begin with. There was also another major problem: the hot water didn't work for two days. It's a shame – we hadn't expected our stay to be so disappointing. You definitely can't sleep peacefully at night; it's far too noisy because it's so close to the train station.

True to the photos, clean room, extremely welcoming staff

Stayed here for one night after a long flight into the city. The location in the new city was convenient for my tour the next day, but it’s worth noting you’ll need a taxi to get to the old city where you’ll likely spend most of your time. The staff were warm and welcoming on check-in, which was a great start. Unfortunately, the room didn’t live up to expectations and looked quite dated compared to the photos online. The shower didn’t work properly and leaked from the taps, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bed had visible stains. There was also a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. WiFi worked but was inconsistent, and the included breakfast was disappointing—just one fried egg and coffee, despite other options being listed on the menu. Overall, while the staff were lovely, the experience didn’t match the price, and there are better value options available.
