SAMESH - South Australian Mobilisation + Empowerment for Sexual Health - is a partnership between Thorne Harbour Health and SHINE SA that promotes the sexual health and wellbeing of LGBTIQA+ communities in South Australia. Established in 2015, SAMESH runs HIV and STI prevention programs, peer support, community education and social connection events. It is a central point of contact for gay, bisexual and queer men, trans and gender-diverse people seeking sexual-health information and support in Adelaide.
