Pegasus Apart'Hotel

Stayed here for 7 nights, location was really good, had amazing views as we were on the 22nd floor. Apartment really spacious, heaps of room. Beds were comfy and shower worked great. Pool was really nice, and was handy having a breakfast buffet if you wanted to use this. Staff were friendly and obliging. Would definitely recommend and would also stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a great experience. The hotel is very good, with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The location is extremely convenient, close to the market and central areas, making it easy to get around. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a nice stay and the staff was very friendly and supportive all the time. and the apartments are in very good condition.

Super friendly staff and an epic location. Was such a joy being able to wander through Flagstaff Gardens, pop down to Vic Markets for a coffee and browse or jump on the train or tram to pretty much wherever I needed to go.

If you want to stay in a Motel like environment then Pegasus is for you. Run down dirty motel from foyer , lifts , hallways and rooms. Check in was like trying to check in a 3rd world country hotel. Dirty linen that does not get changed Stains on pillows Bathroom with watermarks , hair and mould, When tried to complain got no response or results. If you read the answers from the so called General Manager Stuart , there is always a excuse, never a solution and it’s always someone else’s fault Definitely not a leader, especially looking at the condition of the Hotel / Motel Don’t waste your money here Response to the General Manager So you are a General Manager? Have you read the review? If you had bothered to read the review you will read that we did raise concerns when we were there and no action was taken. I was staying there with my partner under her name but the review was made by me. As a General Manager, these are the details you need to be on top of . Your reply to all the 1 star reviews it seems it’s always someone else fault. You response only confirms my review as the Hotel is managed by incompetent,inexperienced Senior Management. That’s you . The ability from staff to provide even the least level of professionalism starts with you THE GENERAL MANAGER. As for your response, ,you are not LEADER and it shows throughout your staff You are obviously over your head in the Senior Position that you hold and it shows through your staff. Response to the General Manager who deleted his comments when he realised his response was unprofessional as stated . It’s telling that instead of addressing the concerns raised by, the Managers choose to delete his comments to a negative review much proves exactly what my original review about the professionalism and lack of Leadership from the General Manager. If you are confident in your standards and leadership you don’t erase criticism, you respond to it transparently and professionally . Removing your own responds suggest you either couldn’t stand by what you said or you didn’t want accountability attached to it..Either way it reflects poorly on management and does nothing to build trust. As stated you are not a leader and it shows throughout your staff and management of the Hotel. A copy of this review including your deleted response will be forwarded the owners. This was my second stay at Pegasus. It is well located in the city and close to public transport. The rooms are clean, neat and tidy. Staff are welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for business stays or holidays,
