Spa had black mould. I written I have mould allergy. They wrote It was mould free and clean. I had asthma attack and took ventolin. I checked and there was black mould. Visible signs of water demage on the wooden leg and floor. Pics for comparison. The spa receptionist also called Me my approx. 30 min prior appoitment to have more documents re my assitance dog, already was sent weeks prior, and she said that even if my assitance dog was 100% great the manager wanted other documents, last minute. She sent also an email re other documents request. I sent another document viaemail. I booked a week prior this appoitment and no contact till last minute from them. I had to stop driving and send email safely, I have disability cprs and this took time for Me. I arrived later due to the call and email requested from the spa and I advised the spa receptionist about that too. Then the issue with the mould and asthma attack. I felt unwell with asthma and more pain cprs due to mould presenced that flared asthma. I asked to go to a clean room to Do the treatment that helps ease the cprs pain and relax or I simply had to leave promply the spa. The treatement specialist did find an ok room and I asked to place the hepa filter air purifier on, that was off in the previous one. She did do the treatment with less time due to their issues. The treatment was very different due to the mould event and asthma flare at that time. I managed with ventolin thankfully to start with, 3 times taken within 2h. Later on I took fostair. I asked to speak with a manager to balance up the issues, the asthma hurt & the distress. Spa manager said 10% off, $28 off and I refused respectfully as was a very majour serious faul service not a minor. Then I asked to speak with a Manager. He arrived and said was no mould and that was not real, and he was not going to balace anything ~ like if my asthma reaction never occured etc. I advised that was not true, Its clearly water demage and black mould also on the vent as spreads, and inapropriate to mislead and do faulse adv that all is clean and igenical when its not. There are Accc laws in nsw very clearly and powrfull health and safety protection too. This was not a 5 stars service and was a mislead one, inapropriate and very disgracefull. I asked to speak with the next in line manager. She said she had to do investigations and she was sorry for how I felt ~ not mentioned any apologies re mould nor that I had asthma attack and had to take medication ( thats is a comulatiove allergy btw), nor that I was contacted last minute to have phone call conversation and send email document, I already sent previously but not screenshoot and in pdf instead etc. Therefore delay beacuse of their last minute requests. Then she sent an internal employee to do the investigation for her, she said was a engineer to check if was mould. He had two big makers, 1 black one brown with him only nothing else. He was in for 2 min and came out said was no mould. I asked the manager what type of engineer is he as there are many ~ structural or igenist or other types, and she said he was all the types of engineers for them. This somthing that Is not real. For My protection at that point conversation was recorded, as its totally legal in nsw for self protection, as I felt usafe in that envirorment whom was consistently misleading the fatcs, as also where other people clients, passing by that have heard all the conversations, was no privately handeled. I am an Interior Architect and worked closely with Interantional 5 starts hotel chains maintenence too back in Milano when I worked for a Well known multinational company. There are no igenists within the structures, those are private and to be booked, scheduled and have specifict qualifications, they do not do all. Long time passed to the end, more then 1h. I paid full and advised I would have reported to Accc and Fairtrade and send the medical bills in relation to any asthma managment and medications, that I would have not needed otherwise. Its a NO go.

A vivid dream come true 🎆 Nestled in all the vivid festival displays, we were keen to be impressed and definitely were. The Sydney harbour view goes next level when dusk hits and the lights, displays & crowds come alive. Our city view room didnt disappoint, with both cruise ship and people watching from the comfort of our room as the winter temps cooled appreciated. A well appointed, spacious room with access to all we needed and more. Loved the dyson hair dryer too. Thinking of getting one now. When we ventured out to the quay, art gallery & rocks market all were in easy walking distance. Not to mention the bridge & opera house & botanical Gardens too. For a luxury, spoil your oned loves (& yourself) stay - totally recommend at least as a one off experience.

As a long term, regular customer of Park Hyatt Sydney, I've become increasingly disappointed with how this place treats both customers and staff. It's clear from the constant staff turnover, and comments I've heard directly from workers over numerous visits, that morale here is low. It's telling when the people serving you don't seem to want to be there. On top of that, the service itself has become shockingly poor, with no real consideration for loyal customers, and the food is just standard at best. If a business can't look after its own staff, it's no surprise the customer experience suffers too. I won't be returning.
