Me and my little family absolutely loved our stay here!! We enjoyed everything to our arrival, room, location, view, customer service, buffet breakfast, parking & amenities 😍🥰 Everything was fresh & clean - staff were amazing! And were always willing to help with anything we needed or had questions with which helped us a lot to know where to go and what to do during vivid 😍 Parking was super easy to find aswell! We were sad to leave because of how much we enjoyed our time here but we’ll definitely be back again of course! 🥰 Also we were blessed with a free breakfast voucher from one of the lovely staff members 🥹 was such a lovely experience and nice touch to finish off our LWE small get away 🥰 till next time - wishing you all the best 😊 one of the staff members I’m sure his name was kevin & so sorry if I got it wrong but he was an absolute gem & so lovely during our stay 😊 Thank you for making our stay extra special 😊

Was there (Sydney) for a wedding. Apartment suites was great, clean and convinient for my visit. Service was friend and efficient. Recommend

The room is spacious but the service of the hotel is below average. Also, the cleanliness of the room and how cleaners do the job is a disaster. I came to the room with used towel hanging in the bathroom (see attached photo) and the routine cleaning is done badly ~ room is also very dusty…

Great location. Close to Darling agarbour and Chinatown. Very well appointed and spotless.

Cleaning wise needs improvement other than that no complaints

Excellent location, rooms are clean and larger than comparable 5 star hotels in Sydney. Good for families too. Will stay again .
