Sheraton Lanzhou Anning

Don't really give google review, but the stay in Sheraton By Marriott for first time really exceed my expectation. Was going to stay at other luxury hotel but their room is fully booked due to conference as i arrive lanzhou late at night, driving through 甘南 and luckily i saw Marriott at other platform so give it a try. Front desk "ice wei" and valet is welcoming and helpful with my luggage and check in, will stay here with my family next time. Travel to many cities in china by far their service is really good, hope my other next stay in Marriott wouldn't be disappointing.

The location, room facilities, and dining are all excellent.

Amiable vibe and there is a big shopping mall:吾悅 shopping mall( there is a subway exit A in front of the hotel, the shopping mall located at exit B). Suggested to add the signage directing the hotel guests to exit A as the pathway to the subway exit is quite dark in the evening.

A new, clean hotel with a sense of elegance and luxury, located a little away from the city center. Their breakfast is good and varied but not halal so Muslims should be careful with the choices, By the way the bed are fantastically comfortable. In the end, the price is very good for the services and the place.

Not what one would expect of a five star hotel. Poor service. Poor toiletries. Not very friendly staff.

The room was spacious, the toilet had an automatic flush, and the breakfast was quite varied. Everything was satisfactory.

Overall clean and comfortable
