Located in a prime location in Hakata, this hotel has an impressive, almost secret hideout-like atmosphere. Stepping inside, you're transported to a space that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing you to fully enjoy a sense of escape from the ordinary. The hotel's interior is incredibly comfortable, and I was so satisfied with my stay that I almost didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing stay or a truly special experience.

very nice room, very kind people, very nice foods

The hotel was absolutely fantastic!! We stayed for two nights for our wedding reception, and as a perk of the reception, we were given free accommodation instead of being able to choose our room! (This was in exchange for the paper item perk, as we prepared all of our own paper items.) The breakfast was also incredibly delicious, and we would love to come back!! The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing, and we were so happy. The next day, we were able to get ready in our room, and all the staff were so kind, which made us feel wonderful going into the ceremony! Thank you so much!

I used to stay here two or three times a year, but... I'm not an expert, but I saw a hip-hop rapper smoking in one of their non-smoking rooms in a music video. I was really disappointed because I thought their customer service was excellent. Addendum (Edited): I've changed my rating because of the fact that the filming involved smoking without permission, and the sincere response and handling of the situation. I hope that you will continue to be such a wonderful hotel in the future.

We had our wedding in January! The staff were incredibly helpful, and we were very satisfied. We were especially happy with our suite at the hotel. We plan to stay there every year on our wedding anniversary.

We are getting married this summer. We are currently in the planning stages. The staff have been very helpful and attentive, allowing us to honestly express our feelings! My husband and I will continue to discuss various details until the big day, hoping to create a memorable and enjoyable wedding for all our guests.

Since we have guests coming from far away, we were looking for a wedding venue near Hakata Station. A friend who had attended a wedding there said the atmosphere was great and the food was delicious, so my fiancé and I decided to attend WITH THE STYLE's bridal fair. First, a planner interviewed us and helped us understand our desired wedding and our specific preferences. The venue, with its pool and greenery, felt surprisingly close to Hakata Station, and we think our guests will be able to relax and enjoy themselves. They introduced us to venues that incorporated our preferences, which helped us visualize our wedding. The tasting included delicious ingredients like shrimp and Japanese Black beef, and we felt confident entrusting the food to them. The fact that the food can be eaten with chopsticks will also be appreciated by our relatives. They mentioned that they can prepare the food in an open kitchen, so it seems they can pay attention to temperature control. What made us happy was that we received a complimentary accommodation ticket as a perk for attending the bridal fair! We immediately stayed there together and were able to use the lounge, enjoy the jacuzzi on the rooftop, and relax in a suite. I thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast! Knowing that I'll be able to enjoy this again on the wedding day makes me even more excited. I look forward to working with you all in the future.

We held our wedding here in 2018, but our meticulously planned ceremony was ruined by a basic communication error by the staff. It was so sad and painful, and even though it was years ago, I still feel sad when I remember it. We had invited a famous person and planned for them to make a perfectly timed entrance, but due to a communication error by the staff, their entrance was delayed. It was a moment that absolutely could not have gone wrong, yet they claimed the delay was due to reasons like the staff members' walkie-talkie voices overlapping... How can that happen? I was shocked that they didn't even double-check anything. I sincerely regretted not doing everything myself. I shouldn't have entrusted it to them... They did apologize, but I didn't see any sincerity. I could sense that they just wanted this conversation to end quickly. It's truly heartbreaking. Furthermore, even though I had arranged a parking space for my friend, due to some miscommunication, she was refused parking and had to park in a paid parking lot. Then, on the way out, an employee spilled coffee inside the car while taking it out... Thinking back, it was all pretty awful, haha. Thinking about the wedding still makes me feel uneasy and want to go crazy! I want to do it all over again!
