OKO - Fun Okonomiyaki Bar

Delicious, generous portions (even with a medium size), and above all, one of the few places that truly caters to gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan guests (including cross-contamination). The owner is very friendly and speaks good English.

Such a fun and unique café experience! This is definitely not your usual cafe where you simply order, sit back, and wait for your food Here, you’re actually part of the experience — you make your own drink, place your order, clean up your own area, and even let them know once you’ve cleaned up. And the best part? You get a little goody bag as a reward! There are fun little instructions and messages written everywhere, which makes the whole place feel so quirky and interactive. The girl managing the cafe was super friendly, and everyone around was so helpful and involved. It genuinely felt like everyone was having fun and contributing to the vibe. It’s such a different concept from the usual cafes, and honestly, that’s what makes it memorable. If you’re looking for something beyond just coffee and food, definitely give this place a try!

Absolutely loved this place! The food came really quickly, was made to order and was so delicious. Shiho runs the whole restaurant by herself, which is so impressive! There are loads of options for vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free, as well as meat options, so there’s something for everyone. Great value for money too, both the food and the beer. Would 100% recommend coming here - such a unique dining experience!

This place is so fun from the moment you enter. It has such an indie vibe. Its colorful, the music is spot on. Bring a sharpie to leave Shiho a note on her walls. Shiho has the walls lined with information in English to help you understand the process. Even more you can tell from the signs and info she has so much intention and thought behind each decision in this bar. The vegan and vegetarian items are very clearly marked and for okonomoyaki you get to pick the veggies and customize to your liking. The drinks are self service, but they have tons of options and are really easy and fun to make.

The owner is the only person in the shop who takes orders and prepares the food, but she's very fast! As soon as you enter, she asks if you're vegetarian; she's very welcoming and lovely. The food is also delicious!

Very nice, I like. The food was excellent, service was great, crazy that the restaurant is ran by 1 person. Portion sizes were NEXT LEVEL. Enough for 2 meals. The restaurant was so fun and had so much personality. Shiho-chan is the GOAT 🐐

A charming little place where Sihu makes the best Okonomiyaki in all of Japan. Highly recommended, without a doubt. Especially if you need gluten-free food, just let Sihu know.
