Soil soup?! Does it cost 70,000-80,000 yen?

Has the ownership changed? Or is it due to staff changes? It's become a disappointing restaurant. It seems to have become reliant on inbound tourists due to the weak yen, and the original spirit is completely gone in terms of food, service, and everything else. Compared to many famous and star restaurants, it's not worth the price. I think it would be better to operate as a chain restaurant in a tourist area.

[Chinese review] The stories of NARISAWA and NARISAWA are the four seasons of the story of how people live in the four seasons. Yoshihiro Narisawa's personal cooking name is ``Innovative Satoyama Cuisine,'' and his name is ``Creative Satoyama Cuisine,'' which can be understood in Chinese. The so-called satoyama, which refers to rural areas, farmland, forests, and oceans, are interdependent living environments. At the same time, humans and land should be distributed from east to west, and at the same time, moderation and protection are essential. NARISAWA is a quick way to understand the food and drink, and the conversation continues forever. In 2026, NARISAWA ranked 37th in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, and the first name in the NARISAWA ranking; 21st in World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2025. We leave all the cooking to you, lunch and dinner, and the cost per day is 68,000 yen, including consumption and service fees. The ingredients are adjusted according to the season and seasonally acquired every day, and the ``must eat'' menu is eternally effective. The first coming, the undemanding situation is well known and well-established on the network. It is true that the truth is that attention is released and the meal is gradually unfolding during the seasons of forests, oceans, fermentation, and fire. One of NARISAWA's most famous dishes, ``Bread of the Forest'' is a slow-fermented dish. The image of Nian Tai is really breathing on the table, and the last layer of moss and oil is on the table. It's a place of exquisite cooking, but it's not just to see the effect, but to understand the fermentation, and to experience the forest and the time that can be changed. We use seafood, root root, wild vegetables, fermented foods, and local sake from different parts of Japan, as well as legal techniques and grammar, and the truth is that it is Japanese land. Consider developing a drink arrangement. NARISAWA A long-used Japanese wine and sake bowl, which has been introduced to the local customs of Nagano, Iwate, Toyama, etc. 2026 Summer Refund Limited Lunch, Itoyama ``Manjusen'' Japanese Sake and SAYS FARM Wine included, 70,000 yen per day for complete cooking and drinks, and ¥70,000 service fee. Limited amount of young sake, no need for study completed, and direct announcement of samurai sake master's own preference and drinking amount available immediately. The correction rules are quite clear. At 10:00 p.m. on the first business day of each month, one reservation per month is open; no reservations are accepted, and two or more people are accepted. Guests under the age of 17 will not be entertained, all entrances and interiors of the store will be strictly prohibited, and electronic smoking is not an exception. Wakamuki Keio dial, submitted at the time of Kazai's enthronement. Cancellation or reduction of the number of persons who have been in the office for six days, 50% of the fee for starting five days ago, 100% for starting two days ago. 2 days a week to 6 days a week. Entrance for lunch from 12:00 to 12:30, closing at 2:30 pm; evening dinner from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, closing at 8:00 pm. Weekdays, one public holiday a week, irregular holidays on irregular occasions. The site is located at Minami Aoyama 2-chome 6-15, and the bell is about 5 minutes walk from Aoyama 1-chome station. Subscriptions may be used for major credit cards, however, non-receivable electronic payments and QR Codes may be included. The person who understands the idea behind the meal and understands the time when the clothes are suitable for genuine wishes. Young people are only looking for a large amount of food, and the most famous ingredients are ``I'm going to reach some extent in the east and west.'' Expandable parts, location selection, seasonality, work density, cooking training and management. I'm happy with NARISAWA's understanding of haute cuisine. Authentic luxury, it is necessary to have all the rare things in one place, and it is a wish to have one piece of forest, one river, one season of wild vegetables and one fish, and reserve the original location of the original book. After preparing a bowl of rice, we prepared a bowl of fish and rice, Japanese beef and wine, and gave some permission. NARISAWA's true thoughts are based on the Japanese method: the mountains are the background, the sea is the source of food, and the people are the masters outside of nature. I am just sitting in front of the dining table for a while, requesting a block of land from east to west. [Japanese review] When you visit NARISAWA, you will realize that cooking is not just about making ingredients delicious, but also expressing the relationship between people and nature. Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa's "Innovative Satoyama Cuisine" is a reinterpretation of Japan's satoyama (rural landscape) culture as modern gastronomy. The philosophy that fields, forests, the sea, and people's lives support each other, and that we take only what we need from nature, in th

The best among innovative places in Japan!!! Usually, the food falls short compared to the hype, but the philosophy is infused in every single dish, and the taste lives up to it—it's truly amazing. A place I always recommend when suggesting great restaurants in Tokyo. It's a bit difficult to find the entrance, so it would be good to arrive about 5 minutes early.
