suitable for a rest area, a strategic place for going anywhere and looking for a nice place to eat...good without charge even if you ask for extra towels and thick blankets

The facilities are generally old. The air conditioner in my room leaked water. There's a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel building, which is a great place for breakfast.

One of the worst hotel in George Town. Rooms are dirty. Bathroom is not maintained. Bad smell in the hotel whole day. Not at all safe. And negative vibes.

Upon entering the hotel, the reception area gave off an uninviting and somewhat unkempt impression. The washroom facilities were notably small and lacked comfort. Overall, the ambiance did not provide the welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a hotel. However, the property's prime location is a definite advantage.

At first the air conditioner wasn't cold, but then suddenly it got cold.

The price is cheap, the location is convenient, but parking is a bit difficult to find because it's surrounded by office buildings. However, it's much easier to find parking after 5 pm, as it's very quiet at night. The room is spacious and has everything you need, and everything works perfectly. The air conditioning is very cold, the water pressure in the toilet is strong, the room is clean, there are two power outlets, a kettle, and about ten TV channels. The window can be opened, smoking is allowed in the room, and an ashtray, two cups, and several packets of coffee, tea, and sugar are provided. The front desk staff are friendly. The hotel is close to the ferry terminal, and the beach is just a short walk away. There's a coffee shop downstairs, and many banks are nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back next time.

Am reviewing the foodstall on the ground floor which serves one of the best 'nasi kandar' in Penang, well known to the locals, but not to the tourists in general.
