BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PLACE !! Last month our family of 4 booked in for 2 nights. PRIOR to our arrival they debited $100 from my credit card later calling it a cancellation fee. Upon arrival they then charged the full amount of our stay, while knowingly having earlier deducted the $100. When I discovered this the next day, they said the money would be refunded back on my card that day. A week later, and nothing. I then wrote an email only to be told it was the banks fault. THREE more emails asking why they charged a cancellation fee, and why they then charged the full amount on top of that, and each email has been totally ignored with no answers. Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.

Just a very affordable motel in a very convenient location. Everything as you'd expect. Manager was easy to deal with and accommodating.

Room is clean and tidy Fair value for money. Convenient location. Around 20 minutes walk to town center and major tourist spots. Don't mind to come again.

It's certainly not a 5-star palace, but just a quiet apartment hotel with spacious rooms, pleasant service, and is 10 minutes from the city center. All for a reasonable price.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD COCKROACHES AND ANTS AND WHEN I RAISED THIS CONCERN I WAS ABUSED AND THREATENED BY THE OWNER WHO ALSO THREW MY BELONGINGS AROUND THE MOTEL HIS BEHAVIOR WAS INTIMIDATING AND THREATENING. DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. What a disgusting motel to stay at. Found cockroaches in the room and when spoke to owners regarding this was abused and threaten in the driveway in front of other customers .

Place was clean and tidy. Towels were soft and had an aroma of freshness- features you would expect at 5 star hotels. We'll done!
