Hotel101-Manila

Me and my new partner spent 3 days and 2 nights at Hotel 101, Room is ok, decent and clean, for it’s price it is more than acceptable but the cost of the room per night is not what is impressive it’s the staff! From the SGs, the Front-desk peepz, even their staff that you’ll meet and have a chance encounter in the hallway. One staff that left a mark between me and my partner is of their housekeeper that went over and beyond the service expected of her. We just asked to restock the toiletries so that we can use them on our second day at the hotel. What she did was she left the current room that she had just checked out, And she went to our room amd re-stocked the toiletries and cleaned the enrire bathroom we said we don’t need toiletries anymore and we are doing other things in the other room. Did you know she said? It’s more important that she cleans our toilet so that we don’t slip. That's when my partner and I felt safe in the hotel and we were happy that the staff was there to take care of us.. So, housekeeper whose name starts with “R”, thank you for showing concern and care for us, the hotel guests. On the bad side.. my only complaint is their breakfast buffet, the selections are quite few and most of those selections are not that great and mediocre. Like earlier (August 13), the food lineup was amazing, out of the three meat dishes, the hotdog was the best, I mean that’s just me and my partner’s opinion. The stir fry sausage was delicious and beat the star of the menu that day, rosemary chicken. I guess they need more options and can cover the basic meat selections (pork, beef, chicken, fish) for 2 consecutive days without beef and I am expecting that the second day will have at least one beef dish. I mean, the buffet was a disappointment, but when I stayed at the hotel, I was reassured that I was happy with my stay. Will I do it again? Definitely! And I have high hopes for their breakfast buffet.. hopefully the line-up will not disappoint again on our next visit ☺️☺️☺️

I would like to commend the front desk team—Joana,Jen, and Ron. They are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Ms. Joana, in particular, always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Her hospitality truly makes every stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

Location wise, it is very near from convenient store and moa. The staff was really accommodating most especially Ron and Jean who let us check in. Thanks to all the staff.

😡😡😡😡This hotel was priced differently than online; it cost me over 6000 pesos. The sheets were clean, but the air conditioner was extremely noisy and there was no soundproofing. If you really want to sleep, definitely don't choose this hotel. 🏨

Checking in takes a long time

Had a really great stay at Hotel 101 Manila! The room was super clean and the location is perfect, but the best part was definitely Jayson. He was so helpful and genuinely friendly from day one. Honestly, management needs to promote this guy—he completely made our stay. Will definitely book here again!
