Incheon Queer Culture Festival Organizing Committee

The Incheon Queer Culture Festival Organizing Committee (인천퀴어문화축제 조직위원회) is the volunteer coalition behind Incheon's own Pride, first held in 2018. It brings together dozens of local civil-society, student and human-rights groups to stage the annual festival and parade — a significant undertaking in a city where the earliest editions drew large, organised anti-LGBT counter-protests. Beyond the festival itself the committee acts as an informal hub for queer community life in Incheon, coordinating volunteers, safety planning and outreach. It is the natural first point of contact for anyone wanting to connect with organised LGBTQ+ activity in the city rather than travelling into Seoul.
