The food was generally good, but I didn't like the sake lees yellowtail dish; the balance was strange. My favorites were the signature braised abalone and smoked black tuna with gold leaf sushi; both were delicious, especially the braised abalone. The rice cooked in a clay pot at the end was well-seasoned. The only downside was the duck meat was a bit tough. The desserts would have been even better if they were a little better. As for the decor, the door felt a bit old, but it wasn't very noticeable.
Ah Yang's presentation was eloquent, logical, and easy to understand, highlighting the characteristics of the dishes. His diligence and attention to detail deserve a raise.
The food was delicious and unique; the chef was very good at explaining the ingredients, and they were all fresh.
