Ban Tai Resort

We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were very good and well kept, the bathrooms were HUGE too! We had a fan room which kept us cool overnight! We arrived a couple hours early and the hosts let us check in early at no extra cost! They are very happy and helpful and offer cheap transfers to the pier. Would deffo come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming family-run hotel where we immediately felt welcome. We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect: the room was comfortable, very clean, and fully functional. The place has a lot of charm, and you can tell that every detail is carefully maintained. The staff is lovely, always smiling and attentive, and truly goes out of their way to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible. We also really appreciated the small terrace with the hammock, which is a real bonus for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to get around. We highly recommend this place!

The service was okay, but English could be more communicative. The cottages are clean, with a refrigerator, air conditioning, parking, and daily drinking water. Transportation is available for a fee.

Honestly, I don't understand the bad reviews! The rooms are very clean and the entire resort is well-maintained. The service is excellent, very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back.
