Tired old premises in 25 years of visiting bangkok they have never spent any money on maintenance or up keep. Example I saw piece of gum in the toilet 3 weeks later still there.

It's more about the immediate locale than this bar. It's inevitable that one would walk along the main road, under the sky train station before getting inside this lane way, where I found a few groups of big fat rats under the tree eating, playing and virtually shagging as if they were protected animals. Merchants around appeared to be pretty unconcerned. This happened 2 nights on the road for me so it must have been happening daily. With the fear of prevalent Hantavirus scare, it's pretty off putting to say the least to eat and drink in this area. I hope the merchants around should ban together to compel the local government to do something before something bad (business?) happened to this area and Bangkok generally.

Ryan and Nine and John are 3 of the nicest and friendliest bartenders I've met in a long time. Had a great time talking with them. They made very good drinks. The food was good. I highly recommend this place.
