Always a great experience but the Booking agent screwed up my booking from valia suite to junior suite and I'm still fighting with the agent to get compensation from what i paid to what they booked me as. My second time staying here and i do really like the location and the rooms

The service at this hotel was quite good. They also changed rooms very quickly.
