It was a fantastic massage experience. The shop allows you to customize your service by picking specific details to build a package that fits you perfectly. The therapist was skilled and dedicated, and being able to select the right therapist in advance really helped me relax into the session. Even though the shop is a bit far, it was definitely worth the trip.

It was a very good experience in Hero Spa. The staff and the manager is very helpful and accommodating. And the massage was wonderful and very good technic. This was my first Hà Nội trip for sure I will come back again in this place. 👍🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏳️‍🌈 btw, I can highly recommended this place "HERO SPA" ❤️

Long Review ~ Not Recommended Professionalism is the hallmark of customer service. The ability to provide exceptional service and the opportunity to do so. I'm not so sure about the ability part, but I am certain the opportunity is present at "Hero Spa". Unfortunately, neither was sufficiently provided during my visit. It is especially disappointing for a LGBTQ traveler to seek out care, comfort, and reprieve and instead receive a lukewarm presentation of hospitality and frugality. My experience was not optimal. Yes, I was greeted. Yes, I was served warm tea. Yes, I was shown available masseurs. However, the showers were freshly used and unclean. Front desk staff exhibited inappropriate behavior (handsy with guest, groping breast area and thigh region without permission, discussing guests physical appearance with co-workers.) The masseuse performed a nice job but was laqacious about their poor salary and unsatisfactory living conditions. Although, all stories are important and should be honored, during a massage is not the appropriate time to discuss burdensome matters. Discretion was not optimized amongst guests. Upon payment, the quote was higher than expected and included "optional TIP". Now, I am not against tipping by any means. However, in a place of service it must be guest preference. I was told they split tips amongst staff despite a posting in the room about 100% going to the masseuse. This is not okay, at all! I believe wholeheartedly that "Hero Spa" can be a landing spot for international connection and refreshment. However, for now it operates as a 2 star brothel. *Conditions/experience may vary. ~ Suggestions. Waiting is customary, its okay to let guests wait for an optimal service. *Create a partition or holding area for guests arriving and departing to optimize discretion. *Allow ample time for a guest to shower, then clean it after each use. It's not a shower area, its a wet room with a tub, which enhances the unsanitary qualities. *Quote the guest before services begin, being transparent and open about your policies. I am certain this will reduce friction upon checkout. I pray these changes will unburden your guests moving forward. If not, expect continued dissatisfaction.

Had a great experience at this place in Hanoi! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional from start to finish, making the whole visit relaxing and enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to escape the heat in the afternoon or to unwind during a heavy rain. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and rejuvenating spa experience in Hanoi!
