Excellent location near the old town center and close to the show – great value for money.

Overall, it's worth experiencing; it's a 5-star experience but not too expensive. Choosing the "Memories of Hoi An" combo, which includes accommodation and a show, is quite suitable and economical for couples and families.

An ideal resort, excellent service, luxurious and modern rooms. The resort offers many experiences, I will return.

- The rooms are clean and visually appealing. - The staff here are very lovely, friendly, and attentive. However, I had a bad experience with the breakfast buffet. My family went on a weekend, so there were a lot of guests staying. The breakfast area was quite small and not enough for everyone. I think the hotel, having known the number of guests that day, should have planned a better breakfast buffet to ensure a comfortable experience for guests. My family was seated at a table and tried to contact staff but received no assistance. We had to find a table ourselves. The manager or staff didn't seem to be around to help. The breakfast food wasn't suitable; it was more like rice. I hope the hotel will read this review and make adjustments to provide better experiences for guests. * What I appreciated most were the shows; they were excellent, spectacular, and truly captivating, from the mini-shows to the main show 😘

The booking staff at e-Thu were very professional, providing enthusiastic, attentive, polite, and systematic support. Even though I booked for June and was planning my vacation, I still gave it 5 stars.

The resort is fantastic, the rooms are clean and have river views. The staff are incredibly friendly. I booked a room and show combo which was very convenient. I will definitely come back here if I have the chance.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff/security guards were lovely both inside and outside. The infinity pool is off-limits to children. However, resort guests are... well, they talk loudly, let their children use phones excessively, and disturb other guests.
