Facility: The facilities are new but most of them are moldy (e.g., Shower, Wet Sauna). Fortunately the jacuzzi was working but only with cold water. Play Area: It is on the third level. The rooms are extra dark so those with night blindness won’t see a thing especially when dawn breaks. Some of the rooms have curtains and some doors with working latches. It is a bummer that the mattresses are on the floor. One of the futon even blocked a sofa. This makes it really hard to walk around. Patrons: Patrons are mostly middle-aged men with a larger share from caucasians. There are hardly no visitors when I was there.

Fantastic massage - strong hands and very sensual. Friendly service. The sauna and hammam are a little small. And a pity the jacuzzi wasn’t warm as that would have created a space in which clients could sit for a longer time. But worth it for the massage and body scrub.

This was the second worst place I experienced in Hoi An, and now I understand why they have no customers👎🏽

Small gay sauna. We had a really good time. Nice help at the front desk. Kind guy. Helped us out with everything. Its not big. But on the second floor there are play some area's. You can ask for amenities (lube and condom) if needed at the front desk. Be discreet its situated in a normal street area. So 5 stars 🌟

Turn up to a closed sign on the door albeit saying it’s open. However, in communication with the team I managed to secure a massage pretty quickly soon after which was a nice experience.

The jacuzzi was broken and empty. There's also a small sauna and steam room. Everything is a bit dated, though. The guy at the entrance was very friendly, and the entrance fee was quite low. But two stars seems more than enough to me.
