Upon entering the hotel, you immediately feel a very cozy atmosphere! The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are perfect – spacious, clean, and well-equipped – for both short and long stays! We will definitely be back!!!

Avoid at all costs!!! We experienced the most unpleasant stay at Harry's home Linz for two nights! Two men who were other customers had entered our room after 12am midnight, while I was in the shower, with the key to our room. It turned out the hotel management had given them a master key with access to any room and told them our room was free! Upon checkout, the staff never bothered to offer an apology until I brought up the situation with the receptionists right before leaving. While I understand mistakes can happen, I emailed the hotel to discuss adequate compensation for our unpleasant experience and were told that since "no actual damage occured" they cannot offer us any compensation! I emailed back explaining that this is unacceptable since we were totally frightened for our nights at the hotel and unable to sleep, in fear someone could enter our room anytime. Not to mention, if what is considered "actual damage" occurred, it would have been very serious, especially considering when they walked in I was in the shower. They have now completely ignored my email and refused to take any responsibility! If you are a solo traveller, especially those girls travelling alone, stay safe and avoid this hotel at all costs!

Honestly, despite traveling a lot, I don't usually complain about hotels. But this one, honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all. As for cleanliness, tidiness, and order, the mattresses in all three rooms we used were worn out, and you'd fall right off them. It was awful. The cleanliness was terrible from the moment we entered the room...it was always like that: cobwebs, a dirty bathroom, a bench missing a leg, and a stained sofa. Very unpleasant, in my opinion. I asked to change rooms and they charged me the difference...but the mattresses were just as uncomfortable. So...I paid more for worse comfort.

Very easy to reach, friendly reception, varied breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there were no covers for the ham and cheese platters, so the edges were unappetizingly dried out and curled up. The shower door wouldn't close, so the bathroom floor got very wet. This is difficult to reconcile with the policy that the first room cleaning takes place after 3 days (in my case, on the day of departure). It's nice that the staff get along so well. However, when the reception area becomes a common room and loud laughter and conversations about the weekend are clearly audible in the adjacent breakfast area, it far exceeds my need for insight into the staff's private lives.

The decor is decorative and inviting. The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. A wonderful welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with homemade jams in many flavors. A friendly place where you truly feel at home. I'd gladly come back. I forgot my cash in the safe, and I got everything back honestly. The manager himself kindly transferred it back to me. WOW! It's amazing that there are still people who are honest and go the extra mile compared to other hotels.
