Very nice and their reception was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I booked on the sixth floor and changed to the third; it was more spacious but without a view. Reception 10/10

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Motto and would absolutely return on our next trip to Vienna. The location is ideal, with so many shops, cafés, and attractions nearby, making everything extremely convenient. The rooftop is truly amazing, with a fantastic atmosphere, excellent food, and beautiful views over the city. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and very friendly throughout our stay. A special mention as well for the very useful WhatsApp service, which made communication quick and effortless during the entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna.

This boutique hotel has beautiful cache from the sauna/ steam spa to the rooftop bar & outstanding restaurant. The location is perfection with direct bus access from the main train station & on a shopping street 10 mins from all the sites. The service was friendly & warm. I loved the curated room decor but word to the wise the mini room is quite small but has everything you need & more.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Motto. Our room was perfect for a slightly longer stay, five nights in the junior suite. It is surprising how quiet the room is, considering it is located right in the city center. We also appreciated the location directly above the metro and the fact that many destinations are within walking distance. However, it wasn't just the hotel itself that was very nice, but the staff as well. Very welcoming and, fortunately, not formal and distant as can sometimes be the case in hotels in the higher price segment. It is not cheap, but certainly in proportion to what you get. We would definitely come back again.

Very nice hotel, good location, friendly staff

I had an absolute blast at Hotel MOTTO for Eurovision weekend, Sandra and Johanna were both incredibly helpful even after we arrived flustered from the 11 hour drive from Paris. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the rooftop bar and scenic views of the city as the sun went down. It was such a beautiful spot right in the heart of the city. Plenty of things to do and all within walking distance of some of the most amazing sights and shopping areas were all conveniently located close by. I throughly enjoyed complimentary access to the steam room and relaxation areas as well as the lovely bakery which is also owned by the hotel. I will 100% be returning in future! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

I'm adding an extra 5 stars for the reception staff. Not only wildly efficient, but also deeply personable and genuinely good-humoured. I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a team before. Big shout out to Jen and Sylwie, but every one of them has been exceptional. Bravo!

Hotel right in the pedestrian zone next to a subway station. Unfortunately, we were only there for a meeting, but the food was excellent, the service very friendly and attentive, and the location perfect. Definitely go to the rooftop terrace – great view!

Having the first class bakery and restaurant on-site is amazing. The restaurant is superb. Wonderful service, delicious food and a cool vibe. Loved the room! Great attention to detail. We stayed in the art deluxe. The room was very cute and the staff was helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient for the metro and walkable to the museums.

From Selina and her colleagues on reception to the cleaners and waiting staff everyone at Hotel Motto, is helpful, welcoming and willing to help. Our stay was superb and our room excellent. For guests staying four nights like us it would have been nice to vary the evening meal menu a little but I'm probably nit picking. Hey they even managed to get the bar staff to pour beer with a minimal amount of froth which is a pet hate of mine!!!
