Very good hotel

We stayed on the second floor, room 209, with four adults. Everything went smoothly at reception, and within minutes we had the keys and a bundle with pillowcases, duvet covers, and a bedspread. The room was missing bath towels, so we went back to reception to get them. The second floor appears to have been recently renovated, and the hallway and the room are decently clean. The room has two bunk beds, and if you don't have a lot of luggage, even four people can move around. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Small but functional. The finishings and thorough cleaning are poor. There was a radiator that you have to hope never turns on because it was clogged with dust. The carpet in the service stairs has seen better days. One elevator works, the other doesn't. It's still a hostel, and you shouldn't expect too much. It's a typical three-star French hotel, but two stars elsewhere. So for a limited budget, it's an excellent place to stay, plus it's right in front of the central station. Convenient location, but we all know that stations...

It was incredibly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm very particular about cleanliness, but everything here was spotless and well-maintained. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Very friendly staff! Rooms are a bit on the small side, but the beds are fine.

I paied twice for their problems and i can’t resolve because they are too busy for doing their ticket , CRAZY!!! It’s already one month!!!
